  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization code and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of  ₹ 99, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

4. Return Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to verify its eligibility for a refund.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Refund Timeframe:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.
  • The exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will guide you through the return process, and in such cases, the return shipping charge will be reimbursed.
